Challenge #24: A-Z Authors
A friend of mine, Erica, passed this challenge on to me. She found the challenge at: http://www.brunchma.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=28187. But it also is said to be posted at good reads.
Challenge #24: Read A-Z of Authors this year.
A new book challenge to encourage you to read things you wouldn’t normally consider!
Step 1) Make a list from A-Z. Post it on your blog if you have one!
Step 2) Find an author’s name for each letter. The letter should be the first letter of their last name.
Step 3) Read a book by each author. Keep track of your progress.
Step 4) Keep us updated on your progress by posting in the comments. If you have the list on your blog, post a link!

Challenge #11: Participate in The Pulitzer Project
Here is a book challenge with no time limit!Read all the novels that have received the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction!
Step #1) Visit the original home of this challenge: The Pulitzer Project
Step #2) Figure out a method for keeping track of the books…paper list, spreadsheet, etc…
Step #3) Obtain a list of all the novels that have won the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction. Here is a list at wikipedia.
Step #4) Post on the The Pulitzer Project’s site that you are participating, perhaps posting a link to your blog.
Step #5) Get reading!
Step #6) Periodically check back here and update us with your progress! Good luck!

Challenge #2: Participate in Dewey’s Read-a-Thon
Challenge #2: Participate in the Dewey’s Read-a-thon next Saturday (Oct. 24th) for any amount of time.
Step #1) Visit: Dewey’s Read-a-Thon
Step #2) Sign-up to participate in the read-a-thon. If you can’t devote the whole day to reading (like me) sign-up to be a cheerleader for an hour or more. All you need to do is read the blogs of the readers and cheer them on!
Step #3) Post a link to your blog in the comments section here.
Step #4) After Saturday, stop by and tell us about your experience!
